MMDL CRICKET SINGLES CHAMPIONSHIP
This season there will be no series of qualifying events, this season's cricket singles championship will take place all on one day to produce the league champion.

SUNDAY - NOVEMBER 15 - BEVERLY ELKS
FREE ADO QUALIFIER
This is the next offering in MMDL's free ADO event series. Up to 3 men and 3 women will will a free registration at the upcoming ADO Regional Cricket Tournament on Nov. 21 at the Barn in Amesbury. As always, there is no entry free for this qualifier and all MMDL members in good standing are invited to attend (you must have appeared on a team roster in the Spring 09 or Fall 09 seasons to participate).

Attn Spring 2009 Players: Last season’s Division and Area winners shirts will be available to pick up. State Champion shirts will be distributed at a later time.

MEN's COMPETITION - Cricket - Best of Three Format
> Bronze (D & Below*) Start time: 12:00pm Registration Closes at 11:45am
> Silver (B & C*): Start time: 2:00pm Registration Closes at 1:45pm
> Gold (SA & A): Start time: 4:00pm Registration Closes at 3:45pm

WOMEN's COMPETITION - Cricket - Best of Three Format
> Purple (C & Below*) - Start Time 1:00pm Registration closes at 12:45pm
> Pink (SA, A & B) - Start Time 3:00pm Registration Closes at 2:45pm

NEW REDUCED Entry Fee for all Cricket Singles events: $10 /player
Payouts: 1st - $360 / 2nd - $180 / 3-4 - $90 / 5-8 - $45
(Based on 25-32 entrants, payout may be adjusted up or down based on actual # of participants.)

Open Doubles 501 SI/DO - BEST OF THREE FORMAT
> WOMEN's: Start Time 5:00pm Registration Closes at 4:45pm
> MEN's: Start Time 6:00pm Registration closes at 5:45pm

Entry Fee for all Doubles events: $30/team (100% payout based on # of entries)
* Once eliminated, lower division players may opt to play in higher level events
Possible Luck of the Draw event at the end of the day if time and interest allow.

** FREE ADO CRICKET QUALIFIER - NOV. 15 - On Sunday, November 15, MMDL will offer the next free qualifier, with up to 3 men and women given the chance to win free entry ($110 value) into the ADO Regional Cricket tournament to be held at The Barn in Amesbury on Nov 21st (winners from the regional will be sent to the National ADO Cricket Championship in Las Vegas in January 2010). Stay tuned for a flyer with all details. As always, there are NO entry fees for MMDL ADO Qualifier events. Great day for everyone!! I didn't get to watch any matches but I am sure that there were some great darts shot by all. I would like to thank all of my fellow Board Members as well as Scott and Sally for their efforts. I think we did a very good job of keeping things moving. we had a Great setup and Break down crew with Tom Sawyer, Jason Demers and Brian Richardson leading the charge, it was great of the ADO Regional Qualifiers to stick around and lend a hand as well.

I would also like to thank all of the players that participated in the event the attendance shows that it was a great success. Thank you!!!

I also think that the progressive payouts work out nicely.

In addition we ran a 50/50 and sold off some of our old tournament dartboards. All proceeds will be given to the ADO Youth in an effort to promote the Future of darts in this Country hopefully with your help we will continue to send multiple youth shooters from the 5-1 area to the Youth Nationals each year. Between Saturday and Sunday we raised $330 for the ADO Youth.
